Return and Refund Policy

At AvianExpress, we value our customers and the health of our birds above all. Due to the nature of our business, all live bird sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

🕊️ Live Birds

• There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on live birds once payment has been submitted.
• We guarantee live arrival only for shipments sent via Air Cargo.
• If a bird arrives deceased, you must notify us immediately upon arrival and send clear photos of the bird while still at the airline cargo facility.
• Once verified, the bird will be replaced at no additional cost, excluding shipping fees.
• We are not responsible for any issues not apparent at the time of shipping or for circumstances caused by the carrier.
• 📦 Products (Feed, Accessories, etc.)
• Any feed or product ordered from this website is shipped without insurance or signature required, unless you request it for an additional charge.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.

⚠️ Sex Guarantee

For species that are difficult to sex, we do not guarantee the gender. We always do our best to send one male and one female, but this cannot be guaranteed without DNA testing.
