Welcome to AvianExpress. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or correct any information on this site at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.


2. Products and Live Birds

All birds and products listed on AvianExpress are subject to availability.

  • We specialize in the import and export of exotic birds and bird-related products within the continental U.S.
  • All live birds are carefully raised and shipped under controlled conditions to ensure health and safety.
  • The sex of birds is not guaranteed, especially for species that are difficult to determine visually. We do our best to send one male and one female when possible.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • We accept payments via bank transfer or Zelle.
  • Once payment is made, your order is confirmed. No cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be accepted.
  • By submitting payment, you agree not to dispute or charge back any transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Minimum order for live birds: $350 plus shipping costs.
  • Shipping via Air Cargo is recommended and is the only method that includes live arrival guarantee.
  • Shipments through USPS are at the customer’s own risk — live arrival is not guaranteed.
  • AvianExpress is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Birds are shipped with adequate food and water, and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure safe delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All live bird sales are final.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once the order has been placed.
  • In case of a bird arriving deceased via Air Cargo, please notify us immediately with photos taken at the cargo facility for replacement eligibility.

6. Liability

AvianExpress is not responsible for:

  • Problems not apparent at the time of shipping.
  • Losses caused by the carrier or delivery delays.
  • Consequential or incidental damages related to the purchase, transport, or care of the birds.
