Balanced blend of cereals (rice, corn, barley, wheat) and legumes (green peas, yellow protein pea) of European production. The cooking is the technological steps that characterize the product, through which it is possible to obtain this great and practical novelty. The base mixture, after a phase of cleaning, selection and washing, is co-extruded (extrude-together) providing a first cooking step by direct thermal shock at 90 degrees. Subsequently, the careful management of three elements leads the mixture to the actual cooking, in fact it is through pressure-temperature-time that the significant transformation of the base product into pea-porridge 40 takes place, The starches through their own burst and pressure expansion, considerably increase their digestibility, further managed thanks to the use in the subsequent phase of digestive enzymes in a controlled environment. A last cooking follows, roasting. The pea-porridge 40 is finally ground in its typical grain size and mixed cold with important additional ingredients such as superfoods, flowers, organic acids, vitamins, provitamins, minerals and amino acids that largely compensate for what is lost or transformed during the processing phases. Thanks to these and other steps, it is enough to add cold water to be able to take advantage of a complete, highly digestible and above all practical product: it requires a few minutes of preparation thanks to the great work we do in the production phase.
